Step 1: Get Your Photo Ready

First, you need to get your physical photo onto your computer or tablet.

• If you have a scanner: This is the best option. Scan your photo and save it to your computer.
• If you have a smartphone: You can use your phone's camera. Try to take the photo in good natural light (near a window is best) to avoid glare.

Step 2: Upload to AI Revive

1. Log in to your account on our website.
2. Look for the big button that says "Restore a Photo".
3. Click it, and select the photo you just saved on your computer.

Step 3: Let Us Do the Work

Once your photo is uploaded, you will see a few simple options. You don't need to worry about complicated settings.

• Repair: This removes scratches and spots. It is selected by default.
• Colorize: Click this if your photo is black and white and you want to see it in color.
• Enhance Faces: Click this if there are people in the photo. It helps make their faces clearer.

When you are ready, click the "Restore" button.

Step 4: See the Magic

In just a few moments, your restored photo will appear.

• You will see a line down the middle of the image.
• Drag this line left and right to compare the "Before" and "After". It is often quite a magical moment!
